Adjustments to your property boundary must be reviewed and approved by the local municipality.  This includes combinations, reconfigurations, and divisions. If you elect to have DES assist you with the submittal process, we will prepare and submit your application, supporting documents, and survey to the municipality for review and monitor it's progress from submission through to approval. This service helps facilitate communication between you and municipality so you are able to finalize property changes as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once approved, the plat is electronically submitted to the clerk of court to enter the proposed boundary changes into public record for future land transactions.
