Our team will complete initial fieldwork to verify the acreage of your property, prepare a draft of the proposed changes, and once approved by the property owner, we will finalize the plat for submittal to the local governing agency. Upon approval, our team will return to mark the new property lines and reset any missing pins.  Service includes preparation of a detailed drawing (“plat”) of your property indicating the proposed changes and that shows existing structures and conditions, bearings and distances, building setbacks, buffers, and encroachments, if any.
