Next, our field crew collects field data, including historical monuments and existing site improvements. We then prepare a detailed survey draft that illustrates the proposed lot adjustments as well as the property's dimensions, bearings, distances, acreage, easements, and setbacks. Once approved by the client, the plat is finalized and submitted to the appropriate local governing agency for review and approval.

After agency approval, our survey team returns to mark the new property lines and set new property monumentation, typically in the form of an iron pin.
