We’re really proud to have been part of the Creekstone Subdivision project in Dawsonville, GA. For this residential development, we assisted our client in the preliminary development phase and helped them break the project into multiple phases.  Our project mangers continuously advocated for project approval with the City, working closely with both parties to ensure the project met their requirements.  It was exciting to help bring a new neighborhood to life, and we look forward to supporting new subdivision developments in the future.
